Using only unwashed Mandheling beans directly from the north and west-central regions of Sumatra,

these beans are roasted to accentuate their intense, full flavor.

Coffees in Sumatra are dry processed and then meticulously cleaned and sorted, owing in great part to

their unique taste and flavor profile.
